    • Gambini Meccanica gives great importance to the training of its internal personnel and this is precisely why they constantly take part in instruction courses on innovative processes.
      All this has allowed the creation of a structure ready to welcome the students of the Urbino Istituto Tecnico Industriale (I.T.I.S.) and train them with software that, simulating machining processes, gives them the possibility of choosing the process parameters and configurations of the tools that reduce the force of cuts, temperatures, wear of the utensils and deformations of the component without using precious factory resources. In addition, it is possible, with user interface, to impose simulations very similar to setting-up a job and have an immediate analysis of the results.
